The Service collects the following information.

• Membership registration and login: email address, name, and password (stored in a form that cannot be restored)
• Registering a parking lot / sending information: the parking lot's address and location (including location obtained from your device's GPS), rates and availability, photos, phone number, management company name, notes, and the sender's email address
• Online application for monthly parking: name and its reading (furigana), address, phone number, email address, vehicle information (model, color, license plate number), start date, handwritten signature and signer's name, and the date and time of consent
• Features for parking lot owners: information about properties, contracts, payments received, expenses, etc. that owners register themselves
• Information recorded automatically: IP address, browser type (user agent), pages viewed and the date and time, and referring page
• Cookies: remembering your display language, keeping you logged in, identifying your device on the parking registration screen, and Google Analytics (see section 5)

3. Purposes of use

• Providing and updating the parking map and rate information
• Reviewing parking information sent to us and reflecting it on the map
• Managing members, verifying identity, and contacting you about password resets and similar matters
• Accepting applications for monthly parking, concluding and managing contracts, and communicating with the lessor or manager of the parking lot
• Responding to inquiries
• Preventing unauthorized access, abuse, and bulk collection of information
• Analyzing usage and improving the Service

4. Provision to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. However, the contents of an application for monthly parking are provided to the lessor or manager of the parking lot you apply for, to the extent necessary to conclude and manage the contract (by applying, you are deemed to consent to this).

5. Use of external services

Google Analytics: To understand how the Service is used, we use Google Analytics provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, time spent, approximate region, and device type in a form that does not identify individuals. The page URLs sent from the Service do not include additional information other than the language setting (such as temporary link codes for property pages). To stop this collection, disable cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For details, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".

Auto-fill from photos: If you use "auto-fill from photos" on the parking registration screen, the photos are sent to an AI service of Anthropic PBC (United States) to read the text in them (rates, contact details, etc.). Photos sent are handled under that company's Privacy Policy. Information on the personal information protection system of the United States is available on the website of the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan (in Japanese). Please take care that people's faces, license plate numbers, etc. do not appear in the photos.

6. Security

We strive to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we obtain through measures such as encrypted communication (https), irreversible storage of passwords, limiting who can access information, and limiting large numbers of requests in a short time.

7. Retention period

We keep the information we obtain for as long as necessary for the purposes of use or for the period required by law, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

8. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc.

If you request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, etc. of the personal information we hold about you, we will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Please contact us through the information form.
